GCIS provides two different webmail portals.
The newest with most features is based on the Roundcube system, located here mail.gcis.biz.
The older one based on SquirrelMail is located here webmail.gcisnet.net
Both have many features including access to your Spam folders and the achive folder of old emails.
Both allow you the change your email password as desired.
